I have tried private trainers in the past and it just hasn’t worked out. It wasn’t until I started training with Rebekah that I realized why. She spent time with me before starting to understand what my goals are, what my limitations are and what I am comfortable and not comfortable with. She has used this to personalize my workouts and checks in with me every time to make adjustments and refinements. She is supportive and not intimidating, but yet still pushes me to achieve what she knows I am capable of. Truly a fantastic trainer!

After months of procrastinating, I finally reached out to Rebekah for help and guidance. Rebekah listened carefully to what I was dealing with- especially as my body shifts and changes during my transition through menopause- and created accessible and tailored workout plans as well as encouragement and support as I enter this new phase of life. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance and guidance on their health journey.
